Description Job Summary: Seeking Welders for a fabrication shop job starting ASAP for a job lasting through the end of November. Job Length: 6 weeks Schedule: 50-70 hours/week Job Location: Fabrication Shop: Baytown, TX Key Responsibilities: • Perform SMAW and GTAW welding • Fit-up and fabricate materials per drawings • Read blueprints and welding symbols • Inspect welds for quality and accuracy • Follow all safety procedures Requirements Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED • Minimum 3 years of welding experience (shop/fabrication experience preferred) • Proficiency in multiple welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, GMAW) • Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols • Welding certifications preferred or ability to pass qualification tests Requirements: • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods • Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship • Must pass required drug/alcohol screening
