1) Preparation of Sessions: • • Prepare sessions using training guidelines and applicable program materials • 2) Conducting Classes: • Conduct classes as per the designated schedule and methodology. • 3) Ensuring Student Attendance and Participation: • Ensure student attendance and encourage active participation in the sessions. • 4) Counseling Students and Parents: • Provide counseling to students and parents as needed within the community. • 5) Maintaining Progress Reports: • Maintain progress reports for students, handle internal Management Information System (MIS) tasks, and generate day-to-day reports. Identify and document case studies. • 6) Student Mobilization and Infrastructure Support: • Assist in student mobilization within the nearby community. • Support the center in maintaining infrastructure and documentation.
