Job Description Berman Kia is seeking motivated and enthusiastic experienced technicians to join our dynamic and growing service team! Location: Lincolnwood, IL Schedule: Full Time (40 hours/week) Pay Scale: $20.50 - $47.50/HR (Based on Experience, ASE Certifications, and/or Training) Key Responsibilities: • Diagnose, test and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. • Work on complex repairs, including engine, transmission, and suspension work. • Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and report findings to service advisors. • Ensure all repairs and maintenance work are performed according to brand standards and procedures. • Participate in ongoing training programs to continue advancing technical skills and obtain higher certifications. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and standards. • Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
