We’re looking for enrolment champions for smooth management of their enrolment and endorsements. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and enrolment of employees under group insurance schemes • Liaise with corporate HR teams to collect and verify employee and dependent data • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the insurer’s and internal systems • Manage mid-term additions, deletions, and endorsement requests • Conduct awareness sessions or webinars for employees on insurance benefits and claim processes • Troubleshoot queries and coordinate with insurance partners to resolve issues • Maintain detailed records of enrolments, timelines, and discrepancies • Collaborate with the customer success, sales, and tech teams for process improvement Requirements • 2+ years of experience in insurance domain • Excellent communication and client servicing skills • Proficient in MS Excel and insurance or CRM tools • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines • Experience handling high-volume data processing • IRDAI license (or willingness to acquire one) Preferred Skills • Prior experience in a broker or insurance tech startup • Exposure to working with enterprise clients or large-scale employee groups What We Offer • Competitive salary + incentives • Opportunity to work with top enterprise clients • Training and development in the health insurance domain • Fast-growing team with career growth opportunities
