Key Responsibilities • Handle customer queries through calls, chats, emails, and social media in a timely and professional manner. • Assist customers with account-related issues, bookings, payments, refunds, and service-related concerns. • Resolve customer complaints while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of escalated issues. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM. • Educate customers about Astroyogi's products, services, and ongoing offers. • Meet defined service quality metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction. • Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback with relevant teams to improve the overall customer experience. Requirements • 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or a similar role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. • Customer-first attitude with empathy and patience. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office. • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays, if required. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in any discipline. • Experience in e-commerce, internet, SaaS, or consumer tech companies is preferred. • Prior experience in handling chat and email support will be an advantage.
