Job Details: Job Location: Middle River - Middle River, MD, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $19.00 - $23.00Hourly, Job Category: Warehouse/Delivery, Summary of the Position This position is responsible for assisting the LDC Manager in all areas of the warehouse operations including maintaining positive customer relations between wholesale and retail operations as it relates to all inventory items, managing and maintaining the flow of wholesale and retail orders for delivery, directing shipping team members. Key Essential Responsibilities Primary responsibility is the accurate pulling and staging of product for all outbound deliveries. All physical actions will be digitally represented. Assisting the Manager with shipping inventory. Supporting the warehouse team with primary responsibilities as well as delivering when necessary due to workload on any given day. Communicate inventory shortages to management and all affected parties Can handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment and behave in a professional manner. Assist in cycle counts and full inventory counts regularly All other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Experience/Education/Other Requirements 1 year CJ’s warehouse experience preferred; supply chain/warehouse experience required Have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving history Be able to handle prolonged standing and walking; lifting up to 50lbs., often repetitively Be able to work 45-50 hours/week. Be able to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment. Have extensive verbal communication required for customer and associate relations.
