You’ll lead by example and stay hands-on: • Oversee and complete work orders & apartment turns • Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and carpentry • Lead and execute preventive maintenance programs • Supervise, train, and support maintenance team members • Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal needs • Partner with Property Manager on projects, budgets, and capital improvements • Ensure safety, compliance, and quality standards What You Bring: Someone who can hit the ground running: • 4+ years of maintenance experience (apartment/multifamily) preferred • 2+ years of HVAC experience required • HVAC & EPA certification REQUIRED • Prior supervisory or leadership experience • Strong skills across plumbing, electrical, drywall, framing, carpentry • Welding experience is a plus • Vendor management and supply ordering experience preferred • Reliable, proactive, and ready to take ownership immediately Apply Today: Ready for a stable, well-paying leadership role with real room to grow?
