We will provide on-the-job training for the right candidates. Diamond Energy Systems is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Pipe & Duct HVAC Insulators in Marshall, MN. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent opportunities for growth and advancement within our company. Key Responsibilities: • Install fiberglass, foam, rubber, and other insulation materials on piping, ductwork, and mechanical systems • Measure, cut, fabricate, and fit insulation materials according to project specifications • Install metal and PVC jacketing to protect insulated systems • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders • Safely use hand tools, power tools, and jobsite equipment • Work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding when required • Maintain a clean and organized jobsite • Follow all company and customer safety requirements • Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and fellow team members Qualifications: • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn • Positive attitude and dependable attendance • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail • Ability to work in commercial and industrial construction environments • Valid driver's license and good driving record • Ability to pass a physical and drug screening Previous construction, HVAC, sheet metal, insulation, plumbing, carpentry, or related trade experience is helpful but not required.
