Manufacturing Operations Support 2 (Swing) Responsibilities: • Support all hand operations, including heat treat, cleaning, sorting, and deburring processes, processing precision-machined parts through manual and automated operations after on-the-job training. • Perform visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope, including high-volume parts inspection, handling, and sorting with precision gauges and specialized tools and equipment. Manufacturing Operations Support 2 (Swing) Qualifications: • Some college or technical coursework is preferred. • Experience with microscopic inspection, high-volume parts inspection and handling, and part deburring, cleaning, and sorting. • Experience with precision pin, thread, and ring gaging. • Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel skills. • Manufacturing Execution System (MES) experience. • Ability to interpret specifications, including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
