What You'll Do • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. • Provide companionship and emotional support. • Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping. • Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan and agency policies. • Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment. • Promote client dignity, independence, and overall well-being. • Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes in a client's condition to the appropriate supervisor. What We're Looking For • At least 1 year of caregiving experience required. • Current CNA certification or PCA credentials appropriate to the position. • Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, or both. • Valid driver's license and active car insurance. • Reliable transportation. • Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional attitude. • Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing quality care.
