Our team in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, is looking to add a Production Operator to our Surface Mount Technology (SMT) operations. As a Production Operator working within the SMT area, you will support the build and processing of electronic assemblies that directly contribute to mission‑critical products and services for government customers. BAE Systems’ mission is clearly reflected in our work. Service members rely on the precision and quality of the assemblies produced in our SMT line. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to take on challenging, hands‑on production tasks while knowing your work plays a meaningful role in supporting those who serve.
