The role owns the multi-year ATM roadmap, investment agenda, fleet performance, client experience, vendor ecosystem, operational health, and financial outcomes across approximately 2,800 ATMs. This leader will guide the accelerated refresh of aged equipment, expansion of onsite and offsite access, introduction of new capabilities, and establishment of a sustainable lifecycle-management model that improves availability, utilization, convenience, and client experience while managing risk and expense.
