Job Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions • Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals • Support the Data Management Controls program, specifically Retention and Destruction and Technical Data Quality initiatives to ensure compliance with Control Procedures and support Data Risk & Controls automation initiatives • Collaborate and build strong partnerships with Business Stakeholders and Technology teams to support data risk controls efforts • Proactively monitor and evaluate control effectiveness, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements to strengthen risk posture and regulatory compliance • Execute reporting and governance of controls, policies, issue management, and measurements, offering senior management insights into control effectiveness • Utilize advanced analytical reasoning to identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients • Experience working in audit, regulatory compliance, and a risk management/control functions • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities • Ability to work comfortably and confidently in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize, and prioritize work • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including ability to communicate with a wide variety of functional groups at various levels • Advanced experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and MS Office (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills • Solid understanding of Data Quality principles
