What you´ll do Lead and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production schedules and customer requirements are achieved. Promote a safe work environment by ensuring all operations follow company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. Monitor production line performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency. Train and support team members on work processes, safety procedures, quality requirements, and best practices. Verify product quality, labeling accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements. Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Planning, and Production teams while maintaining accurate production records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
