## Standard Job Description Performs tasks related to the overall management and operations of facilities, including energy management, material inventory, maintenance and construction. May oversee the repair, replacement or redesign of facilities, and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling. Implements the timely completion of requirements in compliance with Company programs, objectives and within established cost parameters. May monitor work performed by vendors and/or subcontractors; determines adequacy of work relative to job specifications/scope, and recommends corrective actions as required. Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice. ## Basic Qualifications Generally has 1+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline. ## Desired Skills Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with chemical management, including inventory control, ordering and regulatory compliance activities. Experience with procuring parts and/or commodities. Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as MAXIMO. Experience with SAP fianancial modules.
