Job Summary: Responsible for leading cross-functional projects supporting the improvement of supplier performance, inventory flow, and product availability through data-driven insights. Prepares content and leads supplier-facing forums. Develops and manages reporting to identifying root causes of supply chain issues. Supports the development of improvement recommendations and leads cross-functional initiatives that enhance in-stock levels, lead-time accuracy, and cost efficiency. Oversees supplier onboarding process and ensures all trainings and materials are maintained within the supplier portal.
