Full description
Envision and drive the AI strategy for partner and field experiences across PX&O — shaping where AI creates durable business value across our internal teams and the partner ecosystem, and setting the bar for what we pursue. Lead the planning and prioritization of strategic business needs into a governed AI portfolio, carrying the highest-value ideas from concept through validated proof of concept to a production decision. Establish the operating model and governance standards that make AI adoption safe, consistent, and repeatable at scale — intake and prioritization, Responsible AI, security and privacy, and clear production-readiness criteria. Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment across business owners, engineering, compliance, and leadership, ensuring the partner and field voice shapes where AI is applied and optimizing time to value. Build the organization's AI capability, owning the enablement strategy that raises AI literacy and equips teams to design, build, and operate their own solutions rather than depending on a central build team. Manage the infrastructure, compliance, and cost model underpinning experimentation at scale, balancing speed against governance and disciplined investment, including the vendor delivery resources supporting the practice. Collaborate on the design of AI-enabled experiences at scale, collaborating across business strategy, engineering, and Responsible AI. Measure business outcomes based on data, partner and field feedback, and adjust plans as needed. Develop deep partnerships and influence without authority across multiple stakeholders and leaders, leveraging technical and industry expertise to become a thought leader and trusted advisor on where AI will and will not pay off. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering, or a related field AND 5+ years of experience in program management, product management, process management, or process improvement — or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience delivering or governing AI or machine-learning solutions in a business setting, including at least one workload taken from concept through pilot to a decision. Track record of driving business or product outcomes with objectives, key results, and facts grounded in data. Hands-on familiarity with the current AI application stack — Azure AI services, Copilot Studio agents, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent or MCP patterns — sufficient to assess feasibility, cost, and effort at triage. Experience applying Responsible AI, privacy, and security review to production or customer-facing AI workloads. Experience running an intake, triage, or demand-management function with real prioritization gates. Azure subscription and cost management experience: scoping, metering, and containing spend across experimental workloads. Vendor or managed-services delivery management experience. Experience in the partner ecosystem or in a partner- or customer-facing role, working across a variety of audiences — partners, strategy, marketing, or business development. Ability to translate complex business opportunities into simple, effective, and creative technical solutions. Skilled at prioritization and at driving strategic alignment in a matrixed organization, creating clarity and concise, actionable insight. Operational rigor and precision in communicating into workstreams, tracking progress toward shared goals, clearly identifying areas of opportunity and risk, and consistently meeting deadlines. Agile and collaborative, comfortable working across multiple functional teams and capable of exploring synergies with other areas of the business.
