Maintain and repair fleet vehicles and equipment so beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina reach communities safely and on time. What You’ll Do • Work with a high degree of independence while performing preventative maintenance and repairs • Utilize leading-edge technology and programs to complete preventative maintenance and diagnostics (training provided) • Leverage and grow your skills working on a diverse fleet automobiles, trucks (light and heavy), vans, and forklifts • Diagnose equipment and vehicle failures; disassemble, repair, and reassemble parts as needed • Maintain accurate documentation in vehicle systems (work orders, vehicle records, parts reconciliation, and checklists) while adhering to all safety standards and procedures Minimum Qualifications • 18 years or older • Valid U.S. driver's license • Position must be able to lift up to 50lbs (with or without an accommodation) • Position must be able to reach lift, carry, push and pull (with or without an accommodation) • Position requires the following certifications: Brakes, ASE Electrical, ASE Heavy Duty • Position requires at least 1 year of experience or training in: hydraulic and air brake systems, after treatment and emissions repairs, driveline repairs, engine repairs, using diagnostic platforms, and welding What to Expect • On-the-Job Training: Learn the role through hands-on and classroom training • High Energy Workplace: On the go for most of the day in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment that involves lifting, bending, and moving product throughout your shift • Health & Lifestyle Benefits: As a full‑time team member, you’ll be supported with competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and opportunities to grow a long‑term career at PepsiCo.
