Overview Sugarloaf is looking for outgoing and dependable individuals to join our team at 45 North as Breakfast Servers for our winter season. The focus of this position is to complete all food service related tasks consistently, carefully, and systematically in a service friendly environment. Full and part time positions are available for morning shifts; both come with great job perks. This tip driven role starts at an hourly server rate of $7.85. Responsibilities • Welcome and greet guests • Inform guests of specials and menu changes • Answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services • Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar • Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely manner • Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment • Monitor and observe guest dining experiences. Ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
