Clinician Support Agent - Contract - Remote US Looking to play a key role in connecting technicians and healthcare professionals to support better patient outcomes? Proclinical is seeking a Clinician Support Agent to provide essential communication and support between cardiac technicians and external healthcare accounts, including hospitals and clinicians. Primary Responsibilities: This role focuses on ensuring effective communication of ECG abnormalities, managing clinical case information, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards. Skills & Requirements: • Proficiency in medical terminology and prior experience in a healthcare environment, preferably with EKG interpretation. • Technical skills in case management systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word). • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. • Customer-focused mindset with professionalism in challenging situations. • Independent thinking, sound judgment, and solution-oriented approach. • Motivated, engaged, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes. • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. The Clinician Support Agent's responsibilities will be: • Serve as the primary point of contact between cardiac technicians and external accounts. • Communicate ECG abnormalities following physician notification protocols and notify clinical personnel as required. • Perform follow-ups to gather additional clinical information, such as pacemaker settings and clinician contact details. • Utilize case management systems to respond, act, and update case statuses effectively. • Verify and process notification criteria, ensuring completeness of reports. • Foster collaboration with internal teams and external customers, including hospitals and clinicians. • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to productivity and case quality. • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and Good Clinical Practices. • Maintain compliance with job-specific proficiency requirements. • Undertake additional duties as assigned. Compensation: • $18 to $21 per hour.
