Piper Companies is seeking an Operations Associate for a growing insurance organization located in Durham, NC. The Operations Associate will work in a hybrid environment with onsite requirements three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). An ideal candidate for the Operations Associate is a recent graduate or early-career professional with strong communication skills, administrative experience, and a desire to build a long-term career within business operations. Responsibilities of the Operations Associate: • Process client transactions, service requests, and operational documentation with a high degree of accuracy. • Communicate with clients through phone, email, and other channels to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional support. • Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Collaborate with internal teams to support operational initiatives and improve overall client experience. Qualifications of the Operations Associate: • Bachelor's degree required, preferably obtained in 2025 or 2026. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues. • Internship, customer service, administrative, or office experience demonstrating reliability and strong work ethic. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Compensation for the Operations Associate includes: • Salary range: $42,000 - $48,000 annually. • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), sick leave as required by law, and PTO.
