Registered Nurse (RN) Location Nashville, TN Unit Information • Number of Beds: 25 • Patient Ratios: Days: 5-6:1; Nights 6:1 • Unit Staffing: • Days: Unit Secretary, 2-3 Patient Care Technicians (PCT) • Nights: 2-3 Patient Care Technicians (PCT) • Type of Equipment: Sara Steady, Wound Vac, Tele Health, Virtual Sitter Equipment, Remote Telemetry • Documentation System: Meditech • Scheduling Requirements: Every other Weekend (Saturday, Sunday), weekdays flexible • Floating Policy: As needed, typically between Medical-Surgical units • Patient Experience Requirements: BSSR, Hourly Rounding Qualifications • Requested Skill Set: • Must Have: Strong assessment skills, experience with IV Pumps and Pyxis medication dispensing cabinets • Advanced Skills Needed: IV and Foley catheter placement • Certifications Required: BLS, NIH, CPI preferred Dress Code Required uniform: Black or Royal Blue scrubs Additional Information The unit offers an engaging work environment supported by experienced staff, and it provides opportunities for professional development through new equipment and technology.
