Responsibilities • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency room. • Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement interventions. • Monitor vital signs and provide necessary medical treatment. • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best patient outcomes. • Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records. • Provide education and support to patients and their families. Qualifications • Valid RN license in the applicable state. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an emergency room setting. • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in high-stress situations.
