Job Title: Executive - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Location: Bangalore, India Salary: As per market standards Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Executive - FP&A to join our Finance team at STCO India. The ideal candidate will possess 3–4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, strong expertise in US GAAP, and hands-on experience with NetSuite. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to financial strategies and business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Performance Management: • Prepare accurate and reliable financial reports to support decision-making. • Deliver insightful performance analysis and key metrics for leadership discussions. • Contribute to initiatives focused on enhancing profitability. Financial Analysis and Reporting: • Analyze monthly and quarterly actuals versus forecasts, identifying variances and suggesting improvements. • Provide commentary and insights on performance trends to leadership teams. Budgeting and Forecasting: • Assist in developing long-term financial plans and quarterly updates. • Prepare and present financial plans, ensuring alignment with business goals. Collaboration and Business Partnering: • Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing financial insights and performance management support. • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support strategic objectives. System and Process Optimization: • Utilize NetSuite, Excel, and other financial tools to streamline processes and ensure accuracy in reporting. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in FP&A activities. Qualifications and Skills: • Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA). • Experience: 3–4 years in FP&A or related financial roles, with manufacturing industry exposure preferred. • Expertise: • Strong understanding and application of US GAAP. • Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis. • Skills: • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
