This is a Work From Office role based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR operations and a good understanding of HR processes. Key Responsibilities: • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases • Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws • Support in documentation, offer letters, and employee queries • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth HR operations • Assist in HR audits and reporting Requirements: • 1+ year of experience in HR Operations • Strong understanding of HR processes and documentation • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in Fintech or startup environment • Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period Additional Information: • Work Mode: Work From Office (Bangalore) • Salary Range: ₹3 – ₹4 LPA
