We're Hiring | Senior Consultant – Accounts Receivable (AR) 📍 Location: Jabalpur / Noida 💼 Experience: 3+ Years We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Consultant – Accounts Receivable (AR) to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, revenue accounting, cash application, and customer account reconciliation, with a strong understanding of US GAAP and ERP systems. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, collections, and cash application. • Perform revenue accounting activities in compliance with US GAAP and company policies. • Process, reconcile, and apply customer payments accurately. • Monitor and manage the AR mailbox, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries and requests. • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, unapplied cash, deductions, and payment-related issues. • Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate AR records. • Collaborate with internal and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve invoice and payment-related concerns. • Prepare AR reports, support month-end closing activities, and ensure compliance with internal controls. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
