Job Description – HR Recruiter- Immediate Joiner-Noida Designation: Recruiter/Executive – Talent Acquisition Location: Noida, Sector 62 Work Mode: Work from Office Experience: 2–5 Years Department: Human Resources Company-STCO/Akssai Projexel Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Executive / HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the organization’s talent acquisition requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels. • Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews. • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain and regularly update recruitment pipelines and trackers. • Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and offer process. • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and priorities. • Ensure timely closure of assigned positions. • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports. Requirements: • 2–5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment. • Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills. • Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes. • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously. • Comfortable working from the Noida office.
