This is a medically based position for a state-licensed General Ophthalmologist in Arizona. The ideal candidate will have experience practicing their full scope of care in a collaborative, supportive, and welcoming environment with the industry’s most effective breakthrough technology. Type of Ophthalmologist: Comprehensive/General Ophthalmologist Surgeries / Procedures Performed: • Complete Eye Care • Eye Health Exams • Cataract Treatment • Glaucoma Treatment • Laser Eye Surgery • Outpatient Microsurgery • Contact Lens & Eyeglass Prescriptions • Diagnostics & Testing • Adult & Pediatric Vision Care • Retinal Laser Procedures Our Eye Care Practice: • In Business since 1961 • Comprehensive/ General ophthalmology Practice • The operating room is equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology and computer-assisted systems for ultrasonic microsurgery • MDs on site: 2 1/2 • ODs on site: 1 ½ • 2 locations The following are some of the responsibilities of the Ophthalmologist: • Diagnose and treat eye diseases • Perform eye surgery and prescribe and fit eyeglasses • Treat specific eye conditions, such as glaucoma or cataracts • Analyze results from all tests conducted and share results with patients • Educate patients regarding their options This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary, plus excellent benefits.
