Job Description • Conduct personalized pre-sales sessions to understand customer needs and propose solutions. • Manage business requirements, including design and analysis. • Provide end-user training, create BRDs, and develop prototypes. • Design process flows, conduct testing, and define support procedures for ERP implementations. • Oversee the full ERP implementation life cycle and testing phases. • Translate customer requirements into company processes and solutions. • Facilitate cut-over and go-live processes, and assist in system testing. • Lead business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions.
