Title: FOUP Lead Job Description: Job Overview The FOUP Lead will be responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the areas assigned and will provide some work direction to custodial staff. Roles & Responsibilities To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned. • Perform FOUP duties • Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule • Provide work direction and assistance to FOUP Techs as directed by FOUP Supervisor • Assist FOUP Supervisor in scheduling and training staff as needed • Operate motorized cleaning equipment • Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair • Schedule clean up and repairs as needed • Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area • Track and maintain supplies inventory • Assist FOUP Supervisor in purchasing supplies and equipment • Perform quality, service, and safety inspections • Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor • Report employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor • Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, and supplies • Correct at risk behavior, then reports to the supervisor immediately • Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement Qualification To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/ or Experience High school diploma / GED required with 6mo to 1 year of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Certificates, Licenses, Registrations • CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus • May be required to have a valid driver’s license • Completed all safety and task training certification • May be required to be forklift certified Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team • Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment • Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
