• Evaluate students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional living skills • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans • Provide direct therapy services to improve independence and school participation • Adapt classroom tools, environments, and activities as needed • Document progress and collaborate with educators and parents Job Requirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy • Active California OT license/registration • School-based or pediatric experience preferred • Knowledge of sensory integration and motor development • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
