Job Title: Software Tester (Manual QA) Experience: 1+ Years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Software Tester (Manual QA) with at least 1 year of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate should be passionate about quality assurance, identifying defects, and ensuring the delivery of reliable software applications. Key Responsibilities • Analyze business and functional requirements. • Create, review, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans. • Perform manual testing for web and mobile applications. • Conduct Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Identify, document, track, and verify software defects. • Work closely with developers and project teams to resolve issues. • Validate bug fixes and perform regression testing before releases. • Prepare and maintain testing documentation and reports. • Ensure software quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Required Skills • 1+ years of experience in Manual Software Testing. • Good understanding of SDLC and STLC. • Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases. • Knowledge of Functional, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, and Integration Testing. • Experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or similar. • Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing using Postman is an added advantage. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Qualification • Any Graduate. • Certification in Software Testing or QA is an added advantage.
