What We're Looking For • Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication and customer service abilities • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening • EPA Certification preferred • NATE Certification is a plus, but not required Schedule • Full-Time • Monday–Friday • Rotating evenings, weekends, and on-call schedule If you're ready to join a company that values your expertise, rewards your performance, and provides the opportunity to build a long-term career, apply today and become part of the Fix-It 24/7 family!
