Responsibilities • Conduct functional behavior assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans • Oversee RBT implementation and provide ongoing clinical supervision and feedback • Complete 62.5% billable hours of all hours worked each week. • Deliver parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills • Collaborate with other disciplines, school teams, and families to ensure coordinated care • Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring for insurance and treatment plan reviews Qualifications • Active BCaBA certification and Texas licensure (or eligibility) • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field • At least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred HealthPro Heritage and its subsidiaries provide equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
