Recruiting here is a sales role. You'll be dialing, pitching, closing, and carrying a number—and you'll be measured on it. This is an entry-level recruiting role with real ownership, hands-on mentorship, and a clear path to growth. You'll learn full-cycle recruiting from the ground up while working on meaningful roles that directly impact patient care.
