This is a field-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical care team, delivering essential vision services directly to patients in a consistent, well-supported environment serving senior populations. What You’ll Do • Perform comprehensive eye exams and vision assessments • Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions within your scope of practice • Prescribe corrective lenses and provide treatment recommendations • Work alongside facility staff to coordinate patient care • Deliver consistent, high-quality care across assigned locations What Makes This Different This is not a traditional retail or private practice model.
