This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations. What You’ll Do • Perform comprehensive eye exams including visual acuity, refraction, and ocular health assessments • Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions in aging populations • Prescribe corrective lenses and coordinate care for advanced ophthalmologic needs when appropriate • Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team • Deliver patient-centered care in a structured outpatient setting What Makes This Different This is not a high-volume rotating model.
