What You'll Do: As a Dental Assistant, you will support the dentist and clinical team in providing exceptional pediatric dental care while helping create a positive, comfortable experience for children and their families. Your responsibilities will include: • Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and exams • Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials • Take and process dental X-rays in compliance with applicable safety regulations • Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care • Maintain infection control, sterilization, and OSHA compliance • Support the clinical team with daily patient care and office operations • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience or knowledge in a dental or medical setting preferred, but not required • Active dental assistant certification preferred, but not required • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Friendly, patient-focused approach to working with children and families What Makes You Successful: You are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced pediatric dental environment.
