Key Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments across both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Assess patient mobility, strength, balance, range of motion, gait, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans based on patient diagnoses, clinical findings, functional goals, and physician orders.
• Provide manual therapy interventions to address musculoskeletal dysfunction, mobility restrictions, pain, and functional limitations.
• Deliver post-surgical orthopedic rehabilitation, supporting patients recovering from orthopedic procedures and other surgeries requiring physical therapy.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, strengthening programs, balance training, gait training, and functional mobility interventions.
• Manage outpatient therapy caseloads with a strong emphasis on orthopedic rehabilitation and post-operative recovery.
