Overview Shift: Days Schedule: 8 hours Employment Type: Per Diem Location: Dallas Regional Medical Center Responsibilities • Prepare and serve food to our patients, staff, and visitors • Ensure food safety by following hygiene and sanitation guidelines • Operate kitchen equipment like ovens, slicers, or dishwashers • Stock supplies and maintain inventory • Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment • Take and fulfill meal orders according to dietary guidelines for patients • Handle cash or operate a register for cafeteria transactions Qualifications 1. Starting July 1, 2017, High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred. County Specific requirement. 1. County Specific Food Handlers certification required upon hire and maintained current.
