Overview Shift: Days Schedule: 8 hours Employment Type: Per Diem Location: Dallas Regional Medical Center Responsibilities • Under the direction of the dietitian, performs the necessary clinical support functions related to approving therapeutic menu selections and ensuring accuracy as well as appropriate temperatures of patient trays. Qualifications • AA degree in Food Science/Nutrition preferred. • One (1) year of healthcare experience working with modified diets preferred.
