Preferred Qualifications Required Work Experience: Must have one of the following: • 6 months experience in patient care in a healthcare setting, or State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio. • Nursing student or listed as pre-nursing as shown on transcripts • Current employee with Kettering Preferred Work Experience: • One year of experience in a healthcare setting, particularly in patient care or administrative support. Prior experience as a nurse assistant, nursing aide, or in a healthcare setting preferred. State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio, active and in good standing
