We're currently looking for a compassionate, dependable Dental Assistant who enjoys working collaboratively and is ready to make a meaningful impact every day. Compensation • $30-$32 per hour, based on experience Schedule • Part-time • Tuesday-Thursday • 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Benefits • Traditional and Roth 401(k) options • Referral Bonus Program • Complimentary continuing education courses through affiliated vendors What You'll Do • Assist the doctor during prosthodontic and surgical procedures • Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment • Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols • Take digital radiographs and assist with impressions and other clinical procedures • Deliver outstanding patient care and education throughout treatment • Support daily clinical operations while contributing to a positive team culture What We're Looking For • Valid Massachusetts Dental Assistant license and Infection Control certification • At least one year of chairside dental assisting experience • Surgical assisting experience preferred, but not required • Strong communication skills and an excellent chairside manner • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment If you're looking for an opportunity to join a practice that values both patient care and team culture, we'd love to hear from you.
