Required Qualifications • 3+ years in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role - preferably in BCDR, cybersecurity, or cloud infrastructure. • Strong understanding of backup technologies, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity architecture. • Proficient with Windows, MacOS Linux-based operating systems, hypervisors (Hyper-V, ESXi, ProxMox, KVM) Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs) and cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS). • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and executive-level audiences. • Proficient server and consumer-grade hardware knowledge (NVMe, SATA, SCSI, CPU, RAM, etc.). • Experience working with MSPs or in the managed services industry. • Self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills. • Cross-functional team communication skills. • Willingness to travel up to 30% for partner meetings, events, and conferences.
