Graphic Designer About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for digital marketing, social media, campaigns, branding, internal communications, and other business requirements. The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, branding, and current visual trends, along with the ability to convert ideas and briefs into high-quality creatives. Key Responsibilities • Create engaging graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms. • Design social media posts, stories, reels covers, advertisements, banners, brochures, flyers, and promotional creatives. • Develop creatives for marketing campaigns, offers, events, festivals, and company announcements. • Work closely with the Marketing, HR, Sales, and Design teams to understand creative requirements. • Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, colours, typography, and overall visual identity. • Create visual content for interior design projects, Experience Centres, product promotions, and customer communications. • Edit and enhance images, photographs, and other visual assets when required. • Support the creation of presentations, company profiles, internal communication material, and recruitment creatives. • Stay updated with current graphic design, social media, and visual communication trends. • Manage multiple design requests and deliver creatives within agreed timelines. • Take ownership of the complete design process from concept development to final output. Required Skills • Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. • Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools is an advantage. • Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy. • Strong creative and conceptual thinking. • Good photo editing and image manipulation skills. • Ability to create designs in different formats and dimensions for various digital platforms. • Good attention to detail. • Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Good communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. • 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design. • Experience in real estate, interior design, architecture, home décor, or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage. • A strong portfolio demonstrating social media and marketing creatives is preferred.
