About the Role • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring plans. • Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs. • Track recruitment metrics and maintain recruitment databases and reports. • Ensure the completion of all onboarding processes and maintain accurate employee records. • Support initiatives that promote employee well-being, motivation, engagement, and organizational culture. • Gather employee feedback and recommend improvement measures to enhance employee experience. • Support HR processes related to attendance management, leave administration, payroll processing, incentive payouts, and employee lifecycle activities. • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with management and key stakeholders. • Ensure adherence to labour laws, statutory benefits, company policies, HR compliance requirements, and audit standards. • Support performance appraisal processes, goal setting, and performance tracking activities. • Coordinate learning and development initiatives, training programs, and employee development activities. • Generate HR dashboards and reports related to headcount, attrition, recruitment, absenteeism, cost-per-hire, and other key HR metrics.
