Job Title: Pre-Sales Engineer – VoIP / Dialer / Asterisk Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 2+ Years Job Summary We are looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Pre-Sales Engineer with expertise in VoIP, Dialer, and Asterisk-based solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing telecom solutions, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting the sales team in delivering effective communication solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities • • Engage with clients to understand technical and business requirements • Design and propose VoIP and Dialer-based telecom solutions • Deliver product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients • Prepare solution documents, architecture diagrams, and technical proposals • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Project teams for solution finalization • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and support proof-of-concept (POC) activities • Assist in pilot deployments, testing, and client onboarding processes • Troubleshoot basic call flow and VoIP-related issues during pre-sales activities • Stay updated with the latest VoIP technologies and telecom industry trends • Conduct solution training sessions for internal teams and channel partners Required Skills • • Strong knowledge of VoIP protocols such as SIP, RTP, and IAX • Hands-on experience with VICIdial and Asterisk-based dialer solutions • Understanding of IVR, call routing, queues, campaigns, and agent interfaces • Ability to troubleshoot call flow issues using logs and tools like Wireshark • Basic knowledge of CRM systems, APIs, and integration concepts • Experience working in Linux environments with basic scripting knowledge • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities Qualification • • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field • Experience in Telecom, VoIP, Dialer, or Unified Communication solutions preferred
