Full description

Vintage vibes, modern attitude. Daze is a contemporary denim brand designed in LA.. Created for the bold and the carefree, our collections deliver premium fits and authentic washes at an accessible price point. We’re redefining what a modern denim brand looks like from the inside out. Welcome to the Daze Position Overview: DAZE, the sister brand to Pistola, is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Manager to help shape the brand’s next chapter of growth. This role brings the brand’s positioning and pillars to life across email, ecommerce, paid creative, organic social, and creator partnerships. The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts with excellent project management skills—someone who can identify opportunities, develop thoughtful briefs, and move projects from concept through execution. You will have cross-functional and leadership support while taking ownership of day-to-day marketing initiatives, bringing independent thinking, clear communication, and consistent follow-through. What You’ll Do: • Brand Marketing & Project Management • Translate DAZE’s brand pillars into clear, consistent storytelling across consumer touchpoints. • Manage marketing calendars, project timelines, briefs, and deliverables, keeping teams aligned around priorities and launches. • Bring fresh ideas for campaigns, content, partnerships, and activations that build brand awareness and community. • Coordinate feedback and approvals across creative, ecommerce, merchandising, and leadership teams. Email, Digital & Ad Creative • Partner with the Email Marketing/CRM Manager to develop email stories, messaging, and creative briefs that balance brand storytelling with business priorities. • Work with ecommerce and creative teams on homepage updates, seasonal launches, and product stories. • Collaborate on paid ad concepts and creative iterations, using performance insights to inform new approaches. • Ensure imagery, copy, and product storytelling feel cohesive across channels. Social, Affiliates & Creator Content • Help guide the organic social calendar, ensuring content reflects the brand’s identity, pillars, and point of view. • Stay closely connected to the social landscape, identifying relevant creators, formats, trends, and community opportunities. • Support affiliate, influencer, and UGC initiatives through partner identification, outreach, briefing, content coordination, and tracking. • Help build a consistent network of creators who embody the DAZE customer and deliver compelling, usable content. Seasonal Photo Shoots & Asset Coordination • Support the planning, production, and execution of seasonal shoots, including line sheet imagery, ecommerce product photography, and brand campaigns. • Coordinate shoot calendars, product and sample readiness, shot lists, and deliverable needs with internal teams and production partners. • Help ensure shoots capture the assets needed across email, ecommerce, social, and paid media. • Track image selects, retouching, asset delivery, and organization to keep launches on schedule. Reporting & Optimization • Track key results across social, creator partnerships, and marketing initiatives. • Partner with channel owners to understand performance and recommend improvements to storytelling, creative, and execution. Who You Are: • Approximately 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally within fashion, apparel, or a consumer lifestyle brand. • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities from brief through delivery. • A strong creative eye and an understanding of how imagery, copy, and content build a recognizable brand. • Experience collaborating across email, ecommerce, social, and paid creative. • A strong understanding of organic social, influencer marketing, affiliate channels, and UGC. • Familiarity with apparel photo shoot production and workflows across product photography, line sheets, and campaign content. • Clear communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. • The confidence to work independently, sound judgment about when to seek alignment, and excitement about helping a growing brand evolve.
