This role leads by example, coaches team members, and helps create an exceptional experience for every guest. Essential Responsibilities • Supervise and support the daily activities of the housekeeping team. • Train team members on company standards, brand requirements, safety procedures, and best practices. • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met. • Assign daily work schedules, room assignments, and distribute keys. • Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally. • Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training new housekeeping associates. • Monitor inventory of linens, guest room supplies, and cleaning products. • Report maintenance issues and ensure repairs are properly documented. • Follow up on vacant, occupied, and inspected rooms to ensure readiness. • Maintain and manage lost and found items according to company procedures. • Step in to clean guest rooms and assist the team as needed. • Promote a safe, positive, and productive work environment. • Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For • Six (6) months to one (1) year of housekeeping or hotel supervisory experience preferred. • Previous hotel housekeeping experience strongly preferred. • Ability to clean guest rooms according to brand standards and productivity expectations. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout an entire shift. • High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Supervisory Responsibilities • Directly supervises a housekeeping team of approximately 1–10 employees. • Supports scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management while fostering a positive team culture.
