Cardiac Technologist Shift Information Four 10-hour days, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Cath Lab setting. • IEMA certification required for the state of Illinois. • Current Illinois Registered Nurse license. • Current CPR/BLS certification. • ACLS certification. Job Description This position involves responsibilities in the Cath Lab, including: • Performing x-ray imaging and assisting with various Cath Lab procedures, including Left Heart Catheterizations (LHC), Right Heart Catheterizations (RHC), device placements, peripheral interventions, and carotid procedures. Call Requirements One week day of call per week and one weekend every four weeks on a rotating schedule. Additional Information Holiday coverage may be required.
